School Management System

One record for the whole school, and AI that gives teachers time back.

Attendance, fees, exams, timetables and notices in one system, with an AI layer that flags students who are slipping, reads paper registers and drafts the writing teachers do by hand.

What it is

Most schools run on registers, spreadsheets and phone calls. Attendance sits in one place, fees in another and results in a third, so nobody sees the whole student until a problem is already large.

This system puts students, teachers, classes, attendance, fees, exams, timetables and announcements in one record, with a dashboard that shows the school as it stands today.

AI sits on top of that record, and each school picks the parts it wants. It reads, drafts and flags. A member of staff makes every decision about a child.

How it works

  1. 01

The whole school in one record

Each student has one profile with attendance, grades and fee history, and each teacher has their assigned classes. Classes carry their rosters and weekly timetables, so nothing is entered twice.

  2. 02

Daily work, done in one place

Teachers mark attendance class by class. The office sees fee collection, dues and overdue accounts, and exam results rank each class with pass and fail.

  3. 03

Students who are slipping, seen early

Falling attendance, dropping marks and unpaid fees can each mean little alone. AI looks at them together across a term and brings the class teacher a short list of students to check on, with the reasons behind each name.

  4. 04

Paper registers, read into the system

Staff photograph a register or mark sheet and a model proposes the entries, flagging what it could not read. Nothing enters the record until a teacher has checked it against the page.

  5. 05

Report comments, drafted for the teacher

A model drafts a comment for each student from their own marks and attendance. The teacher edits and approves every one, so the time goes into review rather than a blank page.

  6. 06

Parents get answers in their own language

Parents ask about attendance, fees or the timetable in a message, and the answer comes only from their own child’s record. Anything else goes to the school office.

Who it’s for

  • Private schools and colleges

Schools running on registers and spreadsheets that want one system for the office and the classroom.

  • School groups

Groups that want every campus working from the same records.

  • Principals and administrators

People who need fees, attendance and results in one view without asking three offices.

  • Class teachers

Teachers who want less paperwork and more time with their students.

Let's Talk

Every school runs differently, so we shape the system around its records, fee structure and daily routine, and build in the AI features it chooses. AI supports staff and does not grade, discipline or decide anything about a child. Student records are children’s personal data, so hosting, access and which models may read them are agreed with each school before any real data goes in.
